- Serve as primary service provider for various types of testing services.
- Perform research to resolve testing related constituent issues.
- Prepare and provide reports related to testing services, as requested.
- Train proctors and other staff members, as required.
- Maintain security of exams and examinee confidentiality. Coordinate technical data for special request.
- Process, prepare and validate student documents related to all aspects of testing and student services process.
- Assist with data management of testing records.
- Prepare the testing room (on and off site) and manage front line services to testing candidates from check in to test completion according to National College Testing Association standards and guidelines and CCBC Testing Center policies and procedures.
- Ensure specific testing requirements are met for each testing entity in terms of appointment scheduling, receiving, storing, administering, and returning exams to appropriate internal/external constituencies.
- Train, guide and provide work direction of part time associate staff.
- Enter applicable testing data and records into student information system/databases and generate reports as requested.
- Support testing candidates with disabilities and ensure the provision of approved testing accommodations such as assistive technology and tests in alternate format.
- Provide technical assistance to testing candidates and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, seeking assistance when needed in a time sensitive manner.
- Provide quality customer service to testing candidates, faculty, staff and guests while maintaining authority, security and integrity of testing operations.
- Assist in the development and compliance of departmental policies, practices and procedures, and identify areas of improvement.
