Greet customers and take prescription orders
Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues
Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
Answer the phone
Input customer information into the computer system
Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Current DC Pharmacy Technician registration, or ability to obtain in a timely manner
Minimum of 2 years Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail pharmacy
Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
Nationally certified by PTCB is a PLUS (VytlOne can assist)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a HUGE PLUS
