- Financial Planning & Analysis – Oversee company-level expense budget preparation and ensure effective use of budgeting software to generate actionable reports for budget owners.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Collaborate with FP&A analysts and IT stakeholders to develop sustainable analytics and dashboards supporting hiring, pricing, and profitability decisions.
- Revenue & Project Management – Monitor revenue recognition, project governance, and product line financial performance, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Operational Efficiency – Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, supporting enhancements to departmental and organizational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Support – Provide guidance and support to project directors, managers, and product line owners on forecasting, revenue recognition, and budgeting methodologies.
- Team Leadership – Mentor, supervise, and develop direct reports; set objectives and key results, evaluate performance, and prioritize team activities.
- Process & Technology Implementation – Support the adoption and improvement of financial systems, budgeting software, and data visualization tools to enhance reporting and analysis.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience required; 4–6 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in company-level budgeting software and financial reporting systems.
- Experience in revenue operations, CRO processes, or related financial management.
- Skilled in spreadsheets, data visualization software (e.g., PowerBI), database tools, and data mining.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- People management experience preferred, including mentoring and performance evaluation.
- Fluent in English.
