This role focuses on leveraging AI-driven analytics and automation tools to streamline field operations, build data insight tools, enhance decision-making, and drive overall operational efficiency.Your ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Interpretation: Organize, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights, using advanced analytical and statistical techniques.Tool & Automation Development: Design, build, and implement AI-based tools and automated workflows that optimize operational processes and reduce manual inefficiencies.Performance Optimization: Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and driving measurable gains in operational performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with field operators and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies align with on-the-ground needs, resulting in more informed and effective decision-making.Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory standards to continually enhance the quality and impact of analytics and automation efforts.Other duties may be assigned according to program needs.Your Profile
  • Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong background in statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB), with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and integrate emerging technologies and concepts into automation tool development. Experience with data visualization tools and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Qlik) is a plus.Familiarity with considerations and terminology of health care and/or medical device industry a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredStrategic thinking and analytical skillsStrong team player, self-motivated, self-directed, action oriented, able to learn quickly * Preferred Skills and Abilities:Cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Qlik)Python, SQL (MATLAB, C/C++)Familiarity with considerations and terminology of health care and/or medical device industryApplication development experience (Maui, Android, iOS)Preferred internship experience in healthcare/digital health/medical device spaceLocation:
  • This position is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We have a flexible work-from-home policy, which needs to balance the need to interact with specialized test equipment. Especially this position involves complex lab setups, which can partially be replicated in a home office setting.
Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment.
