What You BringMinimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • 6+ years leading engineering teams in web and cloud-based enterprise environments.
  • Deep experience with Angular, Java, .NET, SQL, and Postgres.
  • Proven ability to connect the dots between tech and business impact.
  • Solid grasp of development standards, agile practices, and modern engineering workflows.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on coding ability in Java and/or .NET.
  • Angular expertise is a big plus.
  • Strong collaborator with a track record of team-driven success.
  • Fluent in dev lifecycle, operating systems, and engineering terminology.
  • Business-savvy with a knack for translating technical work into strategic value.
