The function will manage time/cost impacts and protect the project from damages. The Commercial Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the commercial aspects of our contracts throughout the entire project.Commercial Manager Required Qualifications:
  • Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
  • Proven experience with risk management fundamentals
  • Negotiating skills and ability to make effective decisions
  • Strong math/accounting skills
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Construction, or Business - experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 10 years of experience in overseeing all commercial aspects within construction projects.
