Together, we support a culture of data excellence and financial foresight.Role Description:As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data quality excellence across Safety National’s operations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing data quality reporting, resolving complex data issues, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to eliminate root causes. Acting as a technical expert, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to enhance existing processes and deliver actionable insights.Your work will involve performing data profiling to assess completeness and accuracy, developing data quality procedures and monitoring systems, and advising on system enhancements for long-term scalability. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate data in the warehouse, coach and mentor junior analysts, and lead investigations that support data-driven decision-making. With your strong analytical skills and ability to drive results independently, you’ll play a key role in improving our data governance framework and ensuring enterprise-wide data compliance.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems is required.Required Qualifications:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • 4 or more years of experience working with data in an Information Systems or Finance department.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data warehouse environments.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
  • Ability to query relational databases using SQL and reconcile large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage complex projects.
