You've come to the right place to grow your career.Job DescriptionThe WMS Business Coordinator II is primarily responsible for the various duties related to assets held within trust and agency accounts. The WMS Business Coordinator II works very closely with BOKF line of business team members, internal processing groups, external custodians and brokers to ensure that the account reflects the needed results.Team CultureWe act with honor and truthfulness and live our company values every day.   • You will perform various duties that are centralized within the Wealth Management Services group for client accounts.
  • You will serve as a backup role for other needs within the business group.
  • You will pro-actively identify solutions or resources to complete any exception processing.
  • You will work with management to properly document processes.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and 1+ years' experience in the security industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice - 20 lbsBOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
