Shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMAbout the Role:
Join our team as a Production Assembler, where your hands-on skills and attention to detail make a direct impact. In this fast-paced environment, you'll assemble parts and subassemblies, monitor equipment, and help maintain production quality.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components based on schematics, blueprints, and written instructions.Accurately align, position, and fasten materials manually or with hoists.Operate hand tools and machines to ensure correct assembly.Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards.Assist in equipment maintenance and light repairs.Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.Set up and secure tools needed for daily operations.What We're Looking For:Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.Experience with hand tools and basic manufacturing machinery.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment or independently.Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.Ability to work in a non-climate controlled facility.Why Join Us?Multiple shifts to fit your scheduleHands-on work in a dynamic team environmentOpportunity to grow within the company📦 Ready to get started?
