- Manage and document incoming leads through various channels such as web, phone, and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Implement a structured follow-up schedule to engage prospective clients and convert them into committed clients.
- Conduct consultations to pre-qualify leads, identify their needs, and book initial meetings.
- Oversee client onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guiding clients through the initial stages.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure a smooth transition and clear communication of client expectations.
- Represent the firm at various educational and community events, maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, client intake, or customer service.
- Familiarity with estate planning concepts is a plus, though not required.
- Proven success in lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
- Education or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
