In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our channel partners, driving revenue through partner channels, and expanding market reach. You will play a key role in identifying new channel opportunities, enabling partners, and ensuring mutual success. This position requires a blend of sales, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.iv>In this role, you'll have the opportunity for the following:

The Channel Account Manager (North Florida) will be responsible but not limited to the following:Responsibilities:Develop new business with end-user customers with emphasis on new account developmentPromote and market Avigilon’s products and services within the assigned territory and named accountsIdentifies diverse customer needs, and understand how our product portfolio can be applied to satisfy these needsBuild strong relationships and customer knowledge by understanding the Motorola Solutions business modelLeads video and analytics solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelWork with vertical marketing teams to identify end user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and tradeshowsProspecting on a daily basis using all tools available will be key to the success of this positionSales Forecasting as requiredMaintain CRM data for new and existing account developmentQualifications:3+ years of sales experience3+ years of customer-interfacing experience - preferred2+ years of video security solutions sales experience - preferredPhysical security solutions experience - preferredCandidate must live in territoryStrong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutionsAbility to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisProven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationshipsStrong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is requiredTime management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environmentFunctional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel/SheetsExceptional presentation skills requiredAbility to travel weekly to territory (~70% of territory travel)Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plusStrong understanding of indirect sales models and channel ecosystems.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and execute partner enablement programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Location & Travel Requirements:Seeking candidates based in the Northern Florida area. Travel will be up to 70% of the time. This travel will be within the territory.Target Base Salary Range $80,000.00 - $85,000.00Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
