You will also collaborate with managers, HR leaders, and benefit providers to ensure smooth transitions and communication, while helping to establish HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leave Administration: Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves (FMLA, disability, personal leave, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave policies, procedures, and resources.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate leave records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards and company policies.
  • HR Policy Development: Contribute to refining leave and accommodation policies to support organizational growth and employee well-being.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure leave impacts are addressed seamlessly.

Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in human resources, with knowledge of leave management, benefits, or compliance preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OFLA).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Passion for People: Demonstrated commitment to employee support and welfare.
