- At least two weekdays from August 18 – December 19 (3 PM – 6 PM)
- And/or Saturdays or Sundays from August 9 – August 24 (8:30 AM – 12 PM)
- Required training: Week of August 4 - August 10

- Weekday coaching opportunities available across Chicago, including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Andersonville, Logan Square, West Loop, South Loop, Hyde Park, Edgewater, Evanston, and more

- Part-time schedule: Guaranteed 3 hours each weekend, with up to 10–15 hours per week

- Be Reliable and Punctual: Arrive on time, prepared, and in uniform for every class, ready to deliver a high-quality experience.
- Transport and Set Up Equipment: Carry, set up, and break down equipment before and after each class, ensuring the field is organized and safe.
- Implement Curriculum: Review and follow the Soccer Stars curriculum to ensure structured, goal-oriented, and educational sessions that align with child development benchmarks.
- Lead Soccer Classes: Deliver high-energy, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children ages 15 months to 10 years in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
- Ensure Safety: Supervise children closely, provide individual support as needed, and maintain an inclusive play environment.
- Communicate with Families and Staff: Interact professionally and positively with parents, caregivers, school staff, and administrators before, during, and after classes.
- Collaborate with Management Team: Share feedback, attendance updates, and any relevant class information with the office staff to support program quality and consistency.
- Model Professionalism: Serve as a positive role model for children and families by demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Must be available for weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12 PM).
- Willingness to travel to different school/park locations across the city of Chicago.
- Car is required for travel to different locations.
- Prior experience working with children is required. Prior soccer experience NOT necessary.
- A dynamic personality: You must be able to connect with children and lead an exciting and engaging class.
- Punctual and dependable: Expected to arrive 15 minutes before class start time (paid time) to set up and prepare.
