Hourly Rate: $25 - $37/hr (based on experience) + Shift Differentials ($5/hr nights, $3/hr weekends)Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Centerburg, OH. This role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care in compliance with physician orders and departmental policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Services Medical Director and Department Director, the RCP is responsible for providing Respiratory Care Services within specific physician's orders, department policies, and procedures.
- Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
- Licensure: Must be NBRC certified (RRT or CRT) and licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
- Experience: Open to both new grads and experienced therapists.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in respiratory care procedures and equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach.
