As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will:Manage a caseload of 30–40 active mattersLitigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediationConduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clientsDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responsesTake and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with expertsWork closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver resultsQualifications
