
Client Presentation and Insights Specialist

- Design, build, and refine client presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that integrate strategic storytelling, data insights, and professional visual design.
- Partner with Account Managers to transform raw data and performance metrics into clear, client-relevant narratives and compelling visuals.
- Create additional marketing and go-to-market assets (e.g., one-pagers, product overviews, visual playbooks) to support new product introductions and upsell campaigns.
- Pull and interpret data from multiple sources (Excel, reporting tools, internal platforms) to develop charts, dashboards, and visual summaries.
- Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain the highest standard of polish and professionalism.
- Maintain and evolve presentation templates, brand assets, and visual libraries for consistency across the team.
- Review and quality-check presentations before delivery to clients.

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (design, animation, layout); strong visual storytelling and formatting abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, charting, and integration; familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Proven ability to produce polished, insight-driven deliverables for diverse audiences; experience in Marketing, Communications, Account Management, or Data Visualization is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Skilled at juggling multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments; shows initiative and works independently.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases; Sage experience a bonus.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and bilingual ability (helpful but not required).
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
