- Extensive experience in the full lifecycle design, development, and implementation of tactical communications systems.
- Proficiency in a wide range of communication system topologies, including conventional and trunked P25 systems, OTAR, microwave transport, VoIP, and hybrid IT-networked communications architectures.
- Direct experience with projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to Government inquiries and design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Radio Management & Provisioning Tools
- RF Test Equipment (spectrum analyzers, service monitors)
- Network equipment (Cisco, Juniper)
- Dispatch consoles, logging recorders, ISSI/CSSI gateways
- Tools for ISSI/CSSI interoperability, encryption key loaders (KVLs)
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements.
- Experience in proposal development and system documentation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and interoperability requirements for communication systems.

- Lead and develop the design, development, and implementation of complex tactical communications systems including RF, networking, encryption, and interoperability.
- Conduct requirements analysis and develop system architecture designs tailored to mission needs.
- Provide expert-level technical support and solution development for conventional and trunked P25 systems, Over-the-Air Rekeying (OTAR), microwave transport, Voice over IP (VoIP), and hybrid IT-networked communications architectures.
- Serve as a technical authority, responding to Government inquiries and resolving design issues.
- Support proposal development and system documentation to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, test plans, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users and field technicians.
- Ensure all system components meet operational, cybersecurity, and interoperability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and mission objectives.
