Project Manager / Estimator

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine the scope and requirements.

• Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time.

• Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, including overseeing site activities, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure expectations are met and any project issues are addressed.

• Monitor and report project progress, preparing regular updates for stakeholders.

• Proven experience as an estimator and project manager in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management best practices.

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control techniques.

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, AACE, etc.) would be a plus.

• Experience with both commercial construction projects.

• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., ConstructionOnline, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Timberline Estimating and Project Management).
