💰 $100,000 – $110,000 starting salary + full benefitsGPAC has partnered with a well-established civil construction company in Ohio to find an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping projects on track, teams motivated, and work delivered to the highest standards.What You’ll Do:Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects (roadways, utilities, sitework, etc.)Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet schedule and budget goalsMonitor work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specificationsMaintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and inspectorsTrack production quantities, prepare daily reports, and address field challenges quicklyEnsure a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety policiesWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in heavy civil constructionStrong knowledge of sitework, earthwork, paving, and utility installationProven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crewsAbility to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsOSHA 30 certification preferredWhat’s in It for You:Competitive salary $100K–$110K to startFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Company vehicle and fuel card (depending on role scope)Opportunity to work with a respected, stable, and growing contractorSupport from GPAC’s recruiting team throughout the hiring processIf you’re ready to take on a leadership role with a company that values quality work and long-term relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
