- Own and execute the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns—from strategy and planning through execution and real-time optimization
- Manage six-figure monthly budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and X
- Develop campaign briefs and guide creative direction for high-performing ad assets
- Track and analyze performance metrics, attribution paths, and customer acquisition cost
- Continuously test, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and patient acquisition
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and leadership to ensure brand alignment and performance goals are met
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new performance opportunities
- Contribute to broader digital strategy, including SEO, SEM, and other potential future expansion into email and retargeting.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital ad budgets (six figures/month)
- Proven success running and scaling multi-location campaigns across multiple geographies
- Expert-level execution in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization
- A keen creative eye with the ability to direct and assess ad asset effectiveness
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Proficiency with data visualization, reporting, and marketing analytics tools
- A BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred)
- Competitive base salary of $86,000/yr + full medical, dental, and vision coverage
