Location : Shelton, CT, Hybrid
- 3+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using a BRD, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Strong critical thinking, and process improvement skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- Ability to work with various teams within an organization, including business and technical product owners, project managers, and developers
- Knowledge in RBAC a plus
- Knowledge of SDLC a plus
