- Collaborating with marketing leadership to develop annual performance media strategies aligned with brand and demand KPIs.
- Planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Managing paid media advertising budget effectively, optimizing allocation to maximize ROI.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify new performance media opportunities.
- Evaluating and incorporating digital and offline media into integrated media approaches to reach target audiences.
- Close collaboration with agency partners to execute and optimize media plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design and activation of media campaign materials and reports in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Utilization of account based marketing (ABM) strategies and activation techniques where applicable.
- Utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
- Implementation of audience-sizing, data appending, targeting, and performance projection strategies.
- Proficiency with multiple digital paid media management platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft).
- Experience in planning and delivering programmatic campaigns, paid social campaigns, and managing video advertising campaigns (OTT/CTV).
- Familiarity with tagging and reporting protocols, including Google Tag Manager, UTMs, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and incorporate data into strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on results-driven digital campaigns.
- Ad platform certification preferred (e.g., Google Ads certification).
