
Aircraft Technician II - Kaneohe, HI

- Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to assigned aircraft
- 4-7 years of business aviation experience
- Possess a valid driverââ¬â¢s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain an airport ID within ââ¬Åxââ¬Â days of employment
- Ability to use to MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Provides technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks
- Develops and recommends procedures and methods, and prepares technical reports and documentation
- Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommends corrective action
- Responsibilities are within the Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
- Requisitions replacement parts and equipment
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Associate degree in Aviation Management or 2-year Technical School credentials preferred
- Experience with technical manual database software
- SAP knowledge preferred but not required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, or reach. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or sit. The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
