
Process Engineer

- Responsible for continuously optimizing the production processes in a sustainable way through RCA and standardization.
- Facilitate the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, DDS, CILs maintenance, CL).
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Set, monitor, and improve processes according to Statistical Process Control methodologies.
- Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOEs), develop and validate test methods and conducting process improvement (yield, efficiency, safety) studies.
- Provide engineering support to Quality related to Non-Conforming Product and CAPA investigations.
- Develop sampling plans and acceptance criteria for product testing and inspection using appropriate statistical techniques.
- Responsible for the assessment of raw material and product performance specifications.
- Provide engineering support related to risk analysis tools including FMEA’s.
- Validate activities associated with manufacturing equipment and processes including packaging and sterilization.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Manufacturing/Assembly Engineering, Ops, Engr, Quality).
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 preferred.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in complex manufacturing/assembly activities.
- Demonstrated proficiency leading and managing a portfolio of cross functional projects.
- Six Sigma project leadership/management/coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics.
- 10-20% travel required.
