Per Diem Physician
Job Location: Seattle, WA 98101.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.
Schedule: 10/7, 10/8, 10/14 (8am-5:30pm).Full DescriptionVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Seattle, WA. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care (usually no more than 20 patients per day).Responsibilities:
  • Provide general wellness checkups.
  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
  • Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
  • Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Clean active license to practice in the state of WA.
  • Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
  • Board certification in specialty.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
  • Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
  • Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
  • Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
  • Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Personal laptop or tablet required.
  • Must be able to reliable commute to Seattle, WA 98101.
