- Accept, process, sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other vendors to the proper department per mailroom and/or company procedures in a timely manner.
- Sort, meter, and process all outgoing mail; Prepare bulk mailings for delivery to post office. Maintain mail machine.
- Perform daily pickup of USPS Business Reply mail from the post office.
- Perform pickup of USPS Mail MC payment from the post office up to three times per year.
- Fulfil supply requests that are submitted via the HelpDesk System and replenish supply room inventory as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance of Credit Union fleet vehicles, which includes but is not limited to transporting vehicles for service/repair and maintaining compliance with state laws to ensure that vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance are up to date.
- Maintain and monitor vending machines and collect deposits on a prescribed schedule according to standard operating procedures.
- Create user and portal access to the company's FedEx shipping site for employees as necessary.
- Maintain company's access to office supply vendor account portals.
- Greet and assist all visitors, delivery persons, and vendors at The Inn of the main campus.
- Perform safety walkthrough of the main campus four times per month.
- Escort all vendors as assigned throughout Credit Union properties during preventative maintenance visits.
- Purchase and pick up supplies needed for various Community Room meetings/events.
- Assist with daily Community Room setup and breakdown.
- Assist with company shredding by consolidating shred bins on a monthly basis and participating in company shredding events throughout the year.
- Assist with holiday illumination/decorating at the main campus. Participation in annual Grand Illumination event required.
- Assist with Courier duties or as transportation driver as needed.
- Perform front desk/receptionist functions as needed.
- One to twelve months of similar or related experience.
- Attention to detail/Organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand a wide range of materials.
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to operate basic maintenance tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
