
IT INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR

- Responsible for the verification and audit of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls, documentation and issuance of management reports on the design and effectiveness of controls across the company, and for providing periodic status updates to Audit leadership and management
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of processes/controls and develop appropriate testing attributes to be executed and ascertain the level of control testing required
- Work directly with process and control owners on remediation activities for any identified process gaps or control deficiencies
- Actively collaborate with the key application stakeholders across all in-scope processes to assess and improve internal controls
- Review new systems architecture and determine SOX scoping for ITGC and IT application controls
- Review control evidence for adherence to accuracy, completeness and precision of control execution for all ITGC
- Review test findings, facilitate the remediation of ITGC gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to senior management within IT
- Establish a culture of transparency, trust and continuous improvement to reach optimal individual and organizational goals and performance
- Maintain professional level workpapers so as to continue reliance from external audit
- Ownership and accountability for the IT General Controls and Application Controls testing
- Provide guidance to IT groups as it relates to control interpretation, applicability and practice
- Participate in the development and performance of the IT audit plan; work as an integrated team with the other Audit team members on joint financial/IT reviews
- Assist in the development of a combined assurance approach and coordinate/work with external audit, when required
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects within a single day, which presents the opportunity for tremendous personal growth for IA staff
- This role is expected to be a strong team player, with a strong awareness and demonstration of the JBS values daily
- This role is expected to have ability to work collaboratively with other JBS teams especially IT Control Owners and IT Compliance Team
- Build strong relationships with other local and international audit team members as well as external audit
- Perform special projects as needed

- Bachelor's Degree in related field required (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, etc.)
- Minimum 4-5 years of prior IT Audit experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (Narratives, Risk Matrix, Control Templates, Testing, Certifications, Remediation)
- Understanding of multiple technology domains including software development, Windows, database management, and networking preferred
- Understanding of information security standards, best practices for securing computer systems, and applicable laws and regulations
- The ability to understand how project deliverables impact the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team in a cohesive and collaborative manner
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Strong reporting and presentation skills; ability to convey complex IT Audit issues to non-IT management personnel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex ideas and concepts to all levels throughout the organization
- Related certifications such as CISA, CISM, CPA/CA are strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 10%

- Base salary range of $110,000-$140,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
