- Communicate complex concepts clearly by crafting content for a broad suite of products serving consumers and enterprise customers.
- Create product content that is clear, helpful, human, scalable, and inclusive, being mindful of internationalization and the nuances and interpretations of language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering), driving consensus across teams and advocating for solutions that balance customer needs and business goals.
- Earn trust with product managers to develop shared vision and use research and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Develop content frameworks, guidelines, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of UX writing and content strategy.
- Work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged, thinking long-term and strategically while still achieving quick wins and short-term objectives.
- Make sure that customers have the right information at the right time.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of experience in UX writing or content design
- Have an available online portfolio
- Well-honed ability to craft impactful communications across a spectrum of styles and genres
- Impeccable attention to detail; excellent grammar and writing skills
- Experience creating terminology and usage lists, content patterns, and UI text style guidelines
- Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize competing to meet deadlines
- Proven success at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationshipsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience working within rapid, iterative design and agile development processes
- Hands-on experience with: Design systems and tools such as Figma, content inventories and audits, content mapping and modeling, voice and tone guidelines, and governance documentation
- Successful delivery of multi-channel content strategy for a global audience
- Experience writing for consumer and/or enterprise products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
