- Own the territory across PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, CT, NJ, MD, DE, VA, QC.
- Drive new business: prospect daily, run discovery, and close.
- Deliver solution-focused presentations (virtual + in-person).
- Grow key accounts; build multi-threaded relationships.
- Track pipeline, activities, and results in the CRM with discipline.
- Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and product applications.
- 5+ years outside sales (building materials or premium product a plus).
- Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding quotas in competitive, value-based sales environments.
- Ability to balance hunter mentality with relationship-driven selling.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills—from job site to boardroom.
- CRM fluency and a passion for pipeline strategy, follow-through, and accountability.
- Self-motivated, able to manage a large territory independently.
- Comfortable traveling up to 50%.
