In lieu of degree, minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a process manufacturing environment required.
Technical background also highly desirable
Lead industrial safety programs that help ensure the protection and safety of all employees
Responsible for all aspects of the daily manufacturing & production operations
Calculate production rates and configure the plant operations to meet production demands and ensure proper execution of production schedule
Achieve teaching level of knowledge and demonstrate proficiency of every production job as well as understanding of the rest of the functioning departments to include branch, administration, and distribution
Have a basic understanding of the manufacturing process to include liquid production, ice production, ammonia refrigeration and be able to trouble shoot these areas and make necessary corrections and know where to seek help when unable to rectify the situation
Read and assess Profit and Loss statements and take corrective action in their area of control
Practice good manufacturing management principles and adhere to established best practices in hiring, promoting, directing, reviewing, disciplining and motivating employees
Any other duties that can ensure successful company operationGood written and verbal communication skills
Possess good computer skills to including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively/continuously
Prior company certified forklift experience
