
Senior Executive Assistant

- You are a master of the calendar and know how to optimize the time of the Executives you support.
- You know how to navigate complex requests coming from multiple stakeholders.
- You operate with efficiency, clarity, detail orientation, and a sense of urgency.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant change.
- You enjoy collaborating with a talented team of administrative and office professionals.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executives and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- 10 + years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives; including calendar, domestic and international travel, and expense report management
- Excellent computer skills and a strong grasp of Microsoft 365
- Adept at MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and MS Outlook
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
- Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes
- Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills with an ability to think strategically and make recommendations to the Executive on the best use of their time
- Experience at a growing public technology company
