Richfield, WI 53076We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder (MIG) & Material Handling Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and family-friendly environment.ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.Lay out, assemble, and MIG weld carbon steel components for a variety of products.Perform fabrication work that meets ASME welding standards.Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling and production support.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in compliance with company safety policies.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year MIG fabrication welding experience.Minimum of 1 year carbon steel welding experience.Minimum of 1 year overhead crane operation experience.Minimum of 1 year forklift operation experience.Solid work history and strong attendance record.U.S. citizen or green card holder.Must live within a realistic daily commute of Richfield, WI 53076.Compensation & SchedulePay range: $23 – $29 per hour, based on experience.Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.Early Friday finish times.BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Stable employer with 40+ years of growth and no layoffs in company history.
