You will find Nordson employees sharing our success by giving back in the communities around the world where we live and work.The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO plays a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational priorities of executives of a publicly traded company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision and professionalism. The EA serves as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s and other executives’ time is optimized, communications are clear, and engagements are executed flawlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support- Manage and prioritize calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and events across multiple time zones.- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents.- Working with internal and external participants, coordinate logistics for customer meetings, investor matters, and other high-level engagements.- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, regulators, and senior executives.- Execute other administrative activities relating to key meetings (strategic and operations plan meetings, other leadership meetings), monitoring emails, correspondence, ordering catering, venue management etcStrategic Coordination- Track and follow up on key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with strategic goals.- Assist in preparing briefing materials and agendas for meetings, including board and committee meetings.- Support the executives in managing confidential and sensitive matters, including legal, financial, and personnel issues.Communication & Relationship Management- Draft and manage high-level communications, ensuring tone and messaging align with corporate standards.- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth information flow and collaboration.- Represent the CEO and executives with professionalism and complete discretion in all interactions.Travel & Expense Management- Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including international travel, with attention to detail and contingency planning. This involves arranging commercial and private flights for CEO and others as directed and managing day to day interaction with private flight provider including scheduling, itineraries, and troubleshooting- Process and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies.QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a public company.- Experience supporting board-level activities is highly desirable.Skills & Competencies- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and enterprise systems (e.g., Concur, Diligent, Workday).- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Work Environment & Expectations- Fast-paced environment with frequent changes and competing priorities.- Availability outside standard business hours may be required.- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.- Must be highly accountable, process driven and performance-focused.
