This individual leads physician collaboration efforts, utilizing focus groups, surveys, and direct interactions to gather and effectively leverage physician feedback. The role requires a strategic approach to developing and managing programs that enhance physician engagement and satisfaction, thereby contributing significantly to DaVita's mission to be the provider of choice. Collaborating with clinical leadership and cross-functional teams, the individual synthesizes insights from physician feedback channels into actionable recommendations for technology and process improvements within DaVita Admissions. By partnering with operational leadership and technology teams, this role ensures the continuous refinement of admission processes, aiming to meet and exceed physician expectations and enhance the overall physician partnership with DaVita Guest Services.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develops and maintains strategic relationships with physicians to enhance the admissions process and ensures alignment with DaVita's mission and operational goals.
  • Leads the design and implementation of feedback systems such at surveys and focus groups to capture and analyze physician insights.
  • Translates physician feedback into strategic initiatives, working closely with clinical and operational leadership to refine admission procedures.
  • Partners with technology teams to advocate for and guide admission-related technology enhancements, based on physician input.
  • Drives continuous improvement efforts in physician experience, aiming to optimize satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyzes physician feedback data to conduct root cause analysis, identifying key patterns and pain points within the admissions process, and generates comprehensive reports to guide strategic improvements.
  • Successfully manages relationships with leaders and teammates at all levels, and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for DaVita Guest Services with key DaVita stakeholder (Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Physician Experience team, Field and Clinical Leaders)
Key Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences. Including; organizations business user and the IT requirements and development teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in rudimentary data analysis and the ability to draw insights from data trends.
  • Leverages hypothesis-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities.
  • Capability to design and execute effective engagement and feedback strategies.
  • Agility to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to operationalize ideas and initiatives.
  • Set priorities and direction for projects. Develop projects structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or similar required. Masters preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, healthcare operations preferred.
