Advanced degree in STEM engineering degree, or equivalent AI/ML research work experience 8+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software engineering fundamentals. Proven experience with modern ML frameworks in Python, (Pytorch, Numpy). Strong understanding of clean code practices. Ability to communicate technical ideas and express complex concepts to different types of audience Experienced in designing end to end pipelines with MLOps. Proficient with SQL, Spark, Airflow and data pipeline design in dealing with real-time financial data. Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing
