
Foster Care Services Director

- Monitor adherence to agency, state, and funder standards.
- Manage the implementation of the agency's Best Practice and Quality Assurance efforts including compliance to data tracking systems and program specific outcome measurement.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Operate program within budgetary limits.
- Support the maintenance of operational Joint Commission safety standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and training of new staff.
- Maintain communication with external partners and referral sources as needed.
- Participate in agency-wide planning and strategic meetings.
- Foster a supportive, trauma-informed team culture.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and participate in employee performance management
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration to improve service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Mater's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Three years of full-time social work or casework employment in the field of family or child welfare services or two years full-time social work or casework employment in a foster family or adoption agency.
- Must pass all state-mandated background checks and health clearances (fingerprints, TB test, clean driving record).
