Description :Supporting Leadership ExcellenceOur dynamic organization is looking for a resourceful and proactive Corporate Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is energized by challenges, values discretion, and enjoys making a positive and tangible impact on the pace and quality of executive workflow.This role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Corporate Leadership team, including technology support for team, meeting coordination, document management, expense reporting, correspondence, and learning and development initiatives and coordination. The incumbent will organize major internal events such as Board and International Division meetings, provide project management and administrative assistance for companywide initiatives in Finance, HR, and Corporate Development, and manage the Corporate Contributions program, overseeing donation tracking and communications. The incumbent will be expected to create powerful and succinct presentations, have excellent writing skills, and be adept at the use of all necessary technologies.This position requires the ability to anticipate requirements, demonstrate critical thinking, work collaboratively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The incumbent should have advanced technical skills in Microsoft office programs, provide flawless administrative assistance, support efficient day-to-day operations, demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to operate collaboratively in a team-based culture with well-thought out written and verbal communication skills.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Five years’ experience+ as an executive administrative assistant, including experience with project management, event planning and learning and development platforms
  • Excellent written and personal communication skills
  • Extremely tech-savvy, with a curiosity for learning new tools and programs (passion for and experience with AI tools a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; expert-level skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple internal stakeholders and prioritize and execute projects with ongoing communication to team-members
