- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues efficiently
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Communicating clearly with customers using our Straightforward Pricing Guide
- Ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
- Representing Mister Sparky with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- At least 3 years of residential electrical experience
- A valid electrician license (state/local as required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
