Provide administrative, reporting, data entry and coordination support for the Business Services Team
Responsibilities:Essential Functions· Manage the Business Services central phone number and email address; assess employer customer needs at point of contact, provide initial overview of available services, and assign employers to appropriate team members for follow-up· Answer incoming calls and take messages/transfers to the designated parties in a pleasant and professional manner· Assist Business Services Representatives (BSRs) and employers with posting job orders, scheduling hiring events and collecting documents· Perform quality review of documents such as On-the-Job Training (OJT) contracts and Going Pro Training Fund (GPTF) applications· Perform timely and accurate data entry· Run reports for performance metrics and data quality, maintain dashboards, and share data with team members and leaders· Assist BSRs with obtaining information for employer accounts· Assist BSRs with marketing, including flyer creation and social media posts· Distribute customer satisfaction surveys and compile responses· Assist staff with onsite events and activities as needed· Place supply orders· Record and distribute meeting minutes· Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers· Other opportunities as available Qualifications:Education and Experience Requirements· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills· Experience in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner· Strong knowledge and experience in Excel and all Microsoft Office products (intermediate/advanced)· Must have experience in a team-oriented environment· Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
