Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant – Dependable Home HealthThe Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and clinical operations of the home health program in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager Assistant will coordinate staff schedules, monitor documentation and clinical productivity, participate in daily stand-up calls, and track quality metrics.This role ensures that home health services are appropriately coordinated, compliant with all regulations, and meet the highest standards of patient care.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Works under the direction of the Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate daily administrative clinical functions for home health services while demonstrating ethical and professional conduct.· Monitors quality components of home health services (e.g., documentation completion, schedules, visit frequencies, complaint tracking).· Assists with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives as directed by the Clinical Manager.· Participates in retention and training of clinical staff.· Collaborates with the Clinical Manager on on-call schedules, weekend schedules, and per diem staffing.· Accurately documents clinical and administrative activities.· Monitors documentation of incidents and medication errors, reporting to Home Health leadership as needed.· Maintains confidentiality of patient records in compliance with state and federal laws.· Ensures compliance with all home health protocols and recommends changes, improvements, or additions as appropriate.· Performs all other duties as assigned.· Adheres to all Dependable Home Health policies and procedures.· Consistently demonstrates professional values, positive communication, and respectful interactions with patients, families, and staff.· Reports to work on time, prepared to fulfill role responsibilities, and meets productivity standards.Qualifications· Two years of home health or hospice experience as an LPN strongly preferred.· Licensed Practical Nurse license required· Prior supervisory experience preferred· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.· Ability to relate well to diverse populations and demonstrate professionalism at all times.#IND2
