Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 (based on experience)
Opportunity to earn additional bonuses through an RVU-based productivity model
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000

Responsibilities
Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
On-call responsibility by phone: One weekday per week & one weekend per month (Light call).
100% outpatient providing primary care to patients of all ages
32 hours of patient care weekly, averaging 3 patients per hour with occasional nursing home rounds.
Outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan
Responsible for teaching and supervising residents as part of the fellowship program.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
