Job Summary:The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all levels of the organization. This role plays a key part in workforce planning by partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The Recruiter will proactively identify and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, cold outreach, and industry events. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and experienced in modern recruiting practices, with a demonstrated ability to secure high-quality candidates in a competitive talent market.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Manage full-cycle recruiting for all company positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement for both hourly and salaried roles.· Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.· Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms, including career websites, college/university boards, and print publications.· Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, staffing firms, and other talent pipelines.· Develop and implement streamlined recruiting processes and practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.· Foster clear communication between hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.· Educate and support employees and managers on recruiting procedures, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.· Collaborate closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and compliance requirements.· Travel to plant locations or off-site venues for recruiting events, job fairs, and career expos.· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of open positions and hiring needs, working with hiring managers and external firms to secure qualified candidates at the most competitive rates.· Draft and review offer letters to ensure consistency with company policy and alignment with market standards.· Source candidates using a variety of tools, including databases, social media, job boards, and proactive cold outreach.· Conduct screening interviews, verify references and background checks, and assess candidate qualifications.· Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the company.· Track and analyze recruitment metrics, preparing reports on key indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.· Identify trends, inefficiencies, or concerns in the recruitment process and provide recommendations for improvement.· Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations related to hiring and equal opportunity.· Represent the company professionally at internal and external recruiting functions.· Support other HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers. Minimum of two to three years of related experience.
