- Develop custom eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing including pitches, presentations, brochures, offering memorandums, email campaigns, websites, invitations, signage, events, etc.
- Lead and manage multiple creative projects from start to finish, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Responsible for tracking workflow and maintaining logs and updates to ensure that various graphic design jobs are completed within required time frames and to client specifications.
- Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on creation of marketing materials.
- Work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
- Provide guidance and creative input on projects.
- Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor marketing materials to improve design strategies.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic arts, marketing, design and visual communication, multimedia, fine arts or a related field
- 3-5 years+ experience as a graphic designer in a corporate creative department, agency or design studio
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional), with familiarity in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient in both Mac and PC. Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus
- Superior customer service and project management skills
- Must have the ability to convey concepts and give design direction through layouts and effective written and verbal communication along with strong business and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and with clients in a professional setting
- Ability to independently manage projects by establishing and managing to project schedules
- Aesthetic skills and keen eye for visual details; has a well-honed design perspective and knows how to translate that to marketing collateral
- Uphold corporate brand standards and adhere to style guidelines
- May perform other duties as assigned
