
Spa Coordinator

- Greet guests as they enter the Spa
- Provide guests with tours and information related to the Spa and its features
- Assist guests with any questions they may have
- Answer telephone calls and emails based on standards of excellence
- Take appointments either by phone, email or in person and scheduling them correctly with the perfect spa day for the guest in mind
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures
- Coordinate with the service providers to ensure timely execution of services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of and adherence to all procedures, protocols, and standards of the spa
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures
- Assist with retail sales, restocking inventory and cleanliness in the Spa Boutique
- Perform daily tasks as detailed on checklists and SOP’s
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance based on Pyramid Appearance Standards
- Keep women’s and men’s areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with guest supplies
- Always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests and exemplify the SKR & Spa Culture.
- Market the spa internally and externally by attending special events when requested
- Comply with all SKR & Spa policies and procedures
- Report any accidents or injuries immediately to Spa Director
- Report immediately all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
- Maintain the safety of work areas
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed by Spa and SKR Management
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
- Must possess excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be flexible on working days, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in compliance with Pyramid Appearance Standards
- Must be professional and friendly in demeanor.

- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associates
- Must have the ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive and tactful manner
- Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hospitality experience with knowledge of Spa industry a plus
