- Work directly with the Service Manager to oversee technician workflow and shop operations.
- Support the Service Manager in implementing strategies to increase total flag hours.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor technicians to improve efficiency and repair quality.
- Help assign work orders based on skill level and workload, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Provide advanced diagnostic support and assist with complex or high-priority repairs.
- Conduct quality control checks and support warranty compliance processes.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and service advisors to maintain clear communication and efficient customer service processes.
- Track technician performance metrics and assist in performance reviews and training plans.
- Ford Senior Master Technician or equivalent experience (required).
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and workflow management skills.
- High level of drive, energy, and the ability to lead by example.
- Familiarity with Ford IDS/FDRS systems and DMS/workflow software.
