- Accurate cost reports and project status reports margin analysis are produced on-time.
- Prompt and accurate payment applications to the owner.

Safety
- Assist with weekly toolbox talks, safety inspections, and incident and/or accident investigations and follow up.
- Maintain submittal/RFI logs, timely receipt and review of submittals and shop drawings.
- Develop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures.
- Create correspondence to owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and others.
- Recognize change conditions with respect to the contract and notify appropriate parties.
- Monitor DBE payment and compliance status.
- Assist Superintendent with daily job reports and schedule monitoring.
- Take weekly jobsite photographs.
- Assist with project close-out activities.
- Interpret designs and drawings; prepare takeoffs; identify conflicts and errors.
- Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, and estimates.
- Verify work-in-place quantities for invoicing/pay quantities; verify accurate payment to subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Assist in the definition of subcontract bid packages, coordinating scopes of work, and in preparing the packages.
- Maintain as-built drawings.
- Ensure all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications, coordinate inspections and testing.
- Assemble construction financial data; monitor costs; track costs for force accounts.
- Maintain job costing system and update systems to reflect forecasts.
- Generate and distribute weekly manhour reports and at a minimum, monthly pay applications.
- Assist with the preparation of project status reports and participate in project status meetings; assist in the development of meeting minutes.
- Monitor that the Field Project Coordinator is ensuring the craft timecards are completed accurately, correctly reflecting hours worked and tasks; assign cost codes to all purchases, timecards, contracts, equipment time and any other item involving cost.
- Ensure correct setup and maintenance of filing system.
- Process field new hires not completed by the corporate office.
- Maintain all safety records.
- Communicate and reinforce the Company vision, values, and goals.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Basic understanding of cost analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
