- Provide exceptional service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting walk-in clients with insurance questions and policy updates.
- Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, document requests, and follow-up communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the sales team by identifying customer needs and offering additional products or services when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed and organized client records in our agency’s CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly and positively.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and agency procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to help people.
- Willingness to pursue a Property & Casualty license, if not already licensed.
