Our client, a family-owned manufacturing company with a strong, innovative culture, is seeking a Maintenance Mold Tech to join their Green Bay team. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best mold makers in the industry while contributing to a supportive, hands-on environment.What You’ll DoPerform and oversee tool room duties including mold repairs, die repairs, staging, and preventive maintenance.Handle mold changeovers, insert changes, and fixture/jig construction.Clean, inspect, and prepare new and transfer injection molds.Identify and communicate mold/tooling quality concerns to supervisors or engineering.Replace damaged/worn components such as ejector pins.Support minor mold repairs using blueprints, sketches, or part studies.Track and manage tool room workload with spreadsheets.Ensure tools are staged and ready based on the production schedule.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Tool & Die preferred.2+ years of tool room or mold maintenance experience (injection molding strongly preferred).Ability to read tool drawings, piece part drawings, and blueprints.Familiarity with tool shop machinery (lathes, grinders, mills, etc.).Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.Strong math and computer skills (MS Office proficiency).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work urgently and accurately.Clear, effective communication skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.Good vision (close, distance, color, and peripheral).Comfort working with hand tools and precision measuring devices.Why You’ll Love It Here
