1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join us. We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.Field Team Members – Customer Service / General Labor / Driver
  • Hiring Immediately for Full-Time
  • Shifts are typically 8-10hrs
  • Earn: $19.36 - $28.49/hr. (all-in with a base pay of $16.50, daily tips, and potential bonuses paid on every paycheck)

  • Each shift starts at our conveniently located office, where you’ll be matched up with your field team and given your service routes for the day
  • You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
  • You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
What We're Looking For:
  • Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction
  • Energetic and physically ready to handle the demands of both residential and corporate offices
  • Dependable and reliable to your Full-Time schedule which includes Sat/Sun Availability
  • Clear Communicator - Skilled at explaining our services and value to every customer
  • Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand well
About you:
  • 21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
  • Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record (past 3 years)
  • A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically able to lift 75lbs+ repeatedly
  • Willingness to participate in a background check if considered for employment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, driving, labor, warehouse, moving, restaurant, hospitality, and/or retail is a plus!
