- Work directly with students, providing counseling, assessments, and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other mental health professionals to improve support strategies
- Coordinate services with community providers
- Consult with teachers and school staff to enhance learning environments.
- Collaborate with school administrators to improve school-wide practices and policies
- Create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments
- Strengthen connections between home, school, and the community for all students
- Completion of state-approved certification program
